As the independent, government-recognized observer on the project, Rhino Roofing provided quality assurance on the installing contractor's work, verifying compliance with federal specifications at every stage. Our RRO scope included pre-construction review of submittals and shop drawings, on-site materials inventory against contract specifications, daily and weekly observation reports, photographic documentation of every phase, quality-control review with deficiency reporting to the contracting officer, and a close-out summary report with warranty documentation.
