Ryan Verstreater — Owner & RRO: With over 30 years in the roofing industry and RRO certification since 2009, Ryan leads Rhino Roofing LLC with expertise and integrity.
Micah Smith — Commercial Division - Sheet Metal Design: Specializes in commercial sheet metal design with expertise from All Roofs of Colorado, bringing precision and craftsmanship to complex architectural details.
Residential Division Lead — Operations Manager: Oversees residential operations, bringing expertise in steep-slope and flat roofing systems to homeowners.
Registered Roofing Observer (RRO)
Consulting in the roofing industry is overrun with many individuals pretending to be qualified. In some cases, these individuals have very few or no credentials or the experience to back up their findings.

IIBEC Continuing Education
AIA/CEU credits are the professional development standard recognized by the American Institute of Architects and the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC). These courses cover health, safety, and welfare topics across roofing systems, waterproofing, building enclosures, and construction science. Ryan has maintained continuous professional development every year since earning his RRO designation in 2009 — 17 consecutive years.
